MJ’s Photography is a Lakehouse Katy Photographer that specializes in newborn, maternity, and family portraits.

This little princess was so sweet during her newborn portrait session. Look how perfect she is in this bucket!

This was the original design we had for their living space. But we ended up changing it a bit upon delievery!

My newborn portrait sessions take place in my studio that is located in Jordan Ranch.

Guess what? Hair and makeup is also provided for ALL sessions! This makes it extra special, especially when you are a newborn mom and extra sleepy.

I love this image! It was one of moms favorites. I love it!

Selena called me after her little princess was already born and we had to get her in quick! I’m so glad she called me, because they turned out amazing!

Avesta with Avesta Hair and Makeup came to do hair and makeup for momma for her portraits. I love how mom gets to get pampered before her session. Having a newborn is so exhausting, so just having to show up at the newborn studio right out of bed is a WIN!

Newborn portraits are my favorite. I truly love getting to capture each newborn in their unique way.

Lillian was such a sleeper during her newborn portraits. She did amazing and got the sweetest little poses.

Momma wanted to capture Lillian in a sweet pink tutu and I am in love with how it turned out.

Momma looked absolutely gorgeous for her sweet baby girl’s newborn portraits. She worn one of my gowns for her session and they turned out perfect.

Their first family portrait. I am so in love with how it turned out! Sweet Lillian’s little feet poking out are just the icing on the cake.

I think this one was mom and dad’s favorite! That sweet little smile just topped it off perfectly. You can already see her little personality coming out.

I am a portrait photographer who lives in Fulshear, Texas, right outside of Houston. I specialize in maternity, newborn, and family portraits. I service most of Fort Bend; Cypress, Katy, Fulshear , Conroe, Sugar Land, Pear land, The Woodlands, Spring, and Houston areas.

I started my business, MJ’s Photography, in 2014. My love for my daughter Emma Lyn, ignited my passion for photography. Sophie Rose was perfect for her newborn portrait session. I knew when she looked at me, this was going to be my favorite. Just look at that little face. Mom said she always makes this face!

Katy maternity photography

MJ’s Photography is a Katy maternity photography that specializes in newborn, maternity, and family portraiture.

Kaelie and Garrett are expecting their first baby. Kash will be born in the next couple months and I cannot wait to meet him.

Kaelie selected Synergy park for her maternity portrait location and it turned out beautiful! Synergy park is full of pine trees and gorgeous water. This was my first time shooting there and it is a favorite.

Kaelie chose a Burgundy gown for one of her gown choices and it contrasted perfectly with the pine trees. Look at how gorgeous she is.

Look at these two together. Aren’t they perfect? They are going to be wonderful parents.

As we walked around the lake we saw the most adorable baby ducks. Of course I wanted to get some images of the baby ducks in the background. Look how cute they are?

I saw this rock as we were pulling into the park and instantly wanted to capture her on it. This gown and this rock are magical! She is absolutely stunning!

When it comes time to get your little one’s newborn portraits done, you want the best. These moments can only be captured once. Just once. Before you know it, they are walking and talking and those sweet, raw, newborn details are long gone.

This is what I aim to capture. Every detail of your baby in their newborn pictures will be captured. You will not long for more! Every gallery is full of sweet images.

Charlotte was so good to me during her newborn session. She was two weeks old and extra sleepy. This is one of my favorites. Headband is by Lucky Crickets. (Mom’s….she sells these for everyday wear too!)

This is one of mom’s favorite, her little bear. I have to agree, she’s so cute.

Daddy is a heart surgeon, which is so awesome. This sweet little heart stuffy by JLScreations was perfect for Charlotte to hold.

It’s fall…so of course a setup with some fall decor, aka pumpkins, was in store! Daddy wasn’t able to be at the individual portion of her session, but he fell in love with the pumpkin setup!
