Now on to Avery’s newborn portraits! Miss Avery decided to come early. She made her grand arrival at just 3lb! After some NICU stay, we finally got to schedule her newborn session. I was very excited to finally get to meet her.

She definitely makes the quote “Though she be small, she is mighty,” true. She took a little persuading, but we got an amazing gallery of her. With lots of patience and extra cuddles, her gallery was very full!

Look at that smile! Isn’t she perfect?

She was so tiny at her newborn session! She was around 5 pounds. Look how beautiful she looks in neutrals.

If you guys knew what it took to get this portrait of Avery, you wouldn’t believe it! Mommy knows and I think that makes it just that more special. Mommy wanted a naked shot and I am so glad that we got it. Right after I got this, she leaped right up!

When it comes time to get your little one’s newborn portraits done, you want the best. These moments can only be captured once. Just once. Before you know it, they are walking and talking and those sweet, raw, newborn details are long gone.

This is what I aim to capture. Every detail of your baby in their newborn pictures will be captured. You will not long for more! Every gallery is full of sweet images.

Charlotte was so good to me during her newborn session. She was two weeks old and extra sleepy. This is one of my favorites. Headband is by Lucky Crickets. (Mom’s….she sells these for everyday wear too!)

This is one of mom’s favorite, her little bear. I have to agree, she’s so cute.

Daddy is a heart surgeon, which is so awesome. This sweet little heart stuffy by JLScreations was perfect for Charlotte to hold.

It’s fall…so of course a setup with some fall decor, aka pumpkins, was in store! Daddy wasn’t able to be at the individual portion of her session, but he fell in love with the pumpkin setup!

Most photographers have rules that say only immediate family can participate in your little one’s newborn session. Why? Grandma and grandpa’s are so proud of their grandbabies, they should be able to come. Even her Aunt came!

I love posed newborn photography. Capturing every little detail of newborns is an amazing job. Look how perfect her little newborn lips are!

Before moving to Fulshear, we lived in East Texas and enjoyed newborn photography there as well! I still get to see some of my amazing clients from there.

What makes me a newborn photographer?

Being a newborn photographer is more than just owning a camera and a newborn wrap. It is investing lots of time and patience with each little babe. I always want to capture every detail of them. I do not time my newborn sessions for this reason. I want to make sure that every mommy goes home with an amazing newborn gallery that is full!

Each newborn session is different from the last. Every momma gets their input of favorite colors and poses. Doing newborn photography in the Houston area, means I get to do outdoor newborn portraits a good part of the year! Look at this beautiful baby.

Newborn photography is my muse. I am trained in capturing newborns safely and have taken classes in order to master my art. I specialize in newborn and maternity portraits and am located in Central Texas. I service most of Central Texas including Katy, Weston Lakes, Cypress, Houston, The Woodlands, and Spring.

All of my newborn sessions are not timed. I would never send home a baby without capturing them fully. Each baby is different and needs a different time limit. From their tiny toes to their beautiful eyelashes, everything will be captured beautifully.

Every newborn gallery is different. This means that different wraps, props, and backdrops are used for every baby in a different way. Your baby is unique and so should their session!

Parents and siblings are ALWAYS welcome. There is not a price difference for everyone to be included. What about grandmas and grandpas? Um yes! Who would ever turn them away? Bring them! Your newborn will look back at these portraits for years to come, they should include everyone you want.

Sweet Oaklyn was just about 3 weeks old for her newborn session! I flew to Chicago, IL from Central Texas to take her newborn portraits!

Because of traveling, most of her session was done outdoors. I must say, after doing her session, I am obsessed with outdoor newborn pictures! Look how gorgeous she is in the flowers.

Her precious, new features are perfect.

Illinois has gorgeous blooms so I found myself going all over the yard. From white, to red, purple, and mauve! Look how these red flowers make her images pop!

Here are some gorgeous purple flowers right in the flower bed outside. Look at her tiny fingers with the little lamb.

Earlier that day I had seen a vacant field of beautiful pink wildflowers and just knew I had to get a shot of her in them. Isn’t she perfect?

I took a few indoors. Especially to capture those tiny toes! Newborn toes are so precious.

Look at little Oaklyn in the bear bonnet. What is cuter than a baby in a bear hat? Nothing. And those lips!

I love this mauve bonnet on Oaklyn with the white flowers! Her skin tone looks perfect with it.

Savannah travled 4 hours for her newborn session and we started as soon as she came out of the car! She did fantastic, especially for just traveling that far!

We went through a variety of setups for her newborn session. Isn’t she the cutest with this little bear?

Baby photographer sugar land tx – MJ’s photography

MJ’s photography is a Baby photographer sugar land tx serving the Houston Texas and Sugar Land. areas.

This may be one of my favorite pictures that I have every taken.

Sweet Emma was a joy to photograph. She came in at 6lb and the most gorgeous set of cheeks that I have ever seen! She was even born with a tooth! I am still amazed at her tooth.

We started off with some sibling portraits of Emma and her big brother. He is 3 and was such a little ham for these. You can tell that he loves his sister. They took maybe 5 minutes to capture, he did such an amazing job.
